Where does spend data come from?
Spend is derived from approved requests and POs in Proqura. If you integrate with your ERP or AP system, we can also include invoice or payment data for a complete picture.
Can we create custom reports?
Yes. You can build reports and dashboards around the dimensions that matter to you (e.g. category, cost center, project) and save them for recurring use.
Is historical data from before Proqura available?
If you have historical data in a format we can import, we can load it so you can compare pre- and post-Proqura spend. Ask your implementation team for options.
