- Where does spend data come from?
- Spend is derived from approved requests and POs in Proqura. If you integrate with your ERP or AP system, we can also include invoice or payment data for a complete picture.
- Can we create custom reports?
- Yes. You can build reports and dashboards around the dimensions that matter to you (e.g. category, cost center, project) and save them for recurring use.
- Is historical data from before Proqura available?
- If you have historical data in a format we can import, we can load it so you can compare pre- and post-Proqura spend. Ask your implementation team for options.
